4G Fixed Wireless and DSL

We recommend customers install fibre broadband wherever this is available. However, it is often the case that fibre connectivity is unavailable at an address or installation is delayed or the customer requires a non-fibre connection for other reasons. Our supplied Huawei router also comes with automatic WAN port failover to 4G so it can be used for Fibre customers who require resiliency in the event of a fibre outage at their premises.

Hero Internet can also provide 4G Fixed Wireless and VDSL/ADSL connections nationwide to customers at competitive prices and all 4G and DSL customers will be given a public IPv4 Internet Address (No NAT is used on connections).
